| About P.T.S.C.C. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Port Talbot Sea Cadets was founded in 1961 and was given the name T.S. Resource. Like all Units in the S.C.C we have seen plenty of changes to the unit some good and some bad. We are mostly known for our waterbourne activities, as some of the units in our area know and some in the U.K. those who get through to Nationals each year. We have won the National Powerboat title for 4 years running and are now once again getting our boathandiling and Pulling teams back to the standard they were a number of years ago. We are situated at the Old Docks in Port Talbot and we are also lucky to have a RYA boat station on our premises as well. If any of the units who look at this webpage would like to use the boat station for courses you can E-mail me at the address below and I shall pass the information on to my Commanding Officer and I will get back to you on whether or not we can accomodate you (the boat station can accommodate up to 24 people. The Present Commanding Officer is Sub/LT A B P Thomas.
